What are the fees or charges?+

Listing is free. Guests pay no booking fee, so your price is your price. When guests pay you directly (cash, bank transfer, etc.) there are zero fees — you keep 100%. If a guest pays by credit or debit card, a 3% card processing fee is deducted to cover the card processing fees.

How do hosts get paid?+

Guests pay us to lock in the booking, so the money is secured before check-in. We initiate your payout one business day after the guest moves in, by bank transfer or wire — no chasing, no waiting on a guest to settle up.

Is there really no guest fee and no other fees?+

Yes, really. We built SnapStays with the latest AI and software tools, which lets us run a full rental platform for a fraction of what the legacy sites charge. No guest service fee, no hidden host cut. We may offer optional paid upgrades in the future (like sponsored listings), but listing and booking will always be free.

Can guests and hosts communicate before booking?+

Always. Unlike platforms that gate messaging or hide contact details, SnapStays lets hosts and guests talk directly — before, during, and after a stay. Share your phone, email, or WhatsApp freely. It's your listing, your relationship.
